The dual-channel thermopile methane gas detector is a new type of methane (CH₄) NDIR detector manufactured using CMOS-MEMS technology, featuring high infrared responsivity, high repeatability, and high reliability. The detector is housed in a TO-39 metal package and incorporates a high-precision thermistor chip for ambient temperature compensation. It is equipped with two infrared filter windows (transmittance curves shown below) and features dual-channel detection, which mitigates the impact of environmental conditions on the detector. It is widely applicable for CH₄NDIR gas detection and spectral analysis.
Features:
High infrared responsivity, high signal-to-noise ratio
Dual-window packaging, high reliability
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance
High-precision thermistor with ambient temperature compensation
